Michael J. Bouton
Mr. Bouton is the co-founder and Chief Rainmaker of Viatech Global, an international consulting firm, helping companies large and small become more adept at handling the difficult elements of personnel selection and development. His experience running his first technology company as well as follow on enterprises he became acutely aware of the importance of high performing teams. Intrigued with the advances in technology for understanding human potential he became an accomplished Behavior Analyst, Values Analyst and Certified Axiologist utilizing scientific assessments. For the past 15 years he has helped clients assemble and develop world class teams to compete on the world stage. He lives in the Sandia Mountains outside of Albuquerque, NM, with his wife and partner Dr. Maggie Moore.
Carol Clendinen, RN, LMHC, CAP
Carol has over 30 years in the field of physical and emotional wellness. She is a former intensive care nurse and hospital administrator. Carol is also a licensed mental health counselor. Allen Clifford
Mr. Clifford was a business consultant and investor who had previously worked with medical and legal transcription companies in an advisory capacity. Upon realizing that such companies could be run in a more innovative and cost-effective manner, he founded RPI to service the needs of the medical and legal professions.
Owen J. Dahl, FACHE, CHBC
Owen Dahl is a nationally recognized medical practice management consultant with over 24 years experience in consulting and managing medical practices in addition he was in hospital administration for over a decade. Expertise includes: revenue cycle management, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, organizational behavior, operational efficiency, and information systems implementation. Debra is the Medical Insurance Billing and Coding Program Director at Everest University. She is also Senior Consultant/Educator with Medical Recovery & Consulting Experts, Inc. (MRCE).
She has almost 30 years experience in health care administration, an extensive background in health insurance billing and coding, auditing and education. She is the founder and past president of the Gulf to Bay Clearwater Chapter of the AAPC and an AAPC Approved Instructor. Tracey C. Glenn, CPC, CPC-H, CPMA, CEMC, CCS-P
Tracey Glenn is the Director of Practice Management Consulting at PMSCO. She has worked in both the insurance and physician environments for more than 20 years. Tracey holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration with a concentration in management and statistics from Idaho State University and has been a facilitator and speaker for numerous physician groups, practice administrator organizations, and other health-care related entities. Meryl D. Luallin
Meryl Luallin is a healthcare marketing consultant with a nationwide clientele. As a professional "mystery" patient, Meryl frequently visits practices to assess their strengths and limitations with an eye to enhancing both staff member and physician performance. As a physician "shadow coach" she provides one-on-one feedback to doctors to help them improve their scores on patient satisfaction surveys. In addition, Meryl and her team have developed and delivered customer service initiatives at medical practices nationwide, including patient surveys for more than 1,400 practices. Leslie Witkin
